If you visit Supiori, it is highly recommended to look for information related to the fanangki & barapen ritual cultural performances, because both rituals are purely passed down from ancestors as a form of gratitude to the creator and the identity of the Biak ethnic group.
Barapen is a combination of the words bara & panas. After the fanangki ritual is held, it is continued with the barapen ritual for 1 whole night, from sunset to sunrise.
