Modole's Animism

In the northern and western parts of Halmahera, there is a non-Austronesian language group consisting of the Modole tribe. Historically, the origin of the Modole tribe is unknown, but based on the statements of elders and traditional figures, the Modole tribe originated from Talaga Lina. Some also say that the Modole tribe originated from the Tabaru tribe.
